Network Planning

While many existing networks are becoming, mature there are continued challenges such as capacity, coverage and technology improvements that create new demands and modifications to existing networks.  These challenges include providing services in areas not currently served or improving capacity in areas served, reducing interference caused by higher densities of transmitting locations, incorporating newer technologies such as small sites, DAS or ODAS into existing network topologies.  It is important to use every tool available to achieve the necessary network objective to ensure that quality of services is not adversely impacted.  Network planning requires extensive knowledge of the operational characteristics of radio frequencies, technologies, antennas, topography, structures, land use and both usage trends in varying geographic areas.   ACC can bring its experience in many different disciplines to design networks that will achieve the carrier objectives.
