DAS

ACC has the experience to provide its clients the design, secure, negotiate, install and optimize both Outdoor Distributive Antenna Systems (ODAS), Indoor Distributive Antennas Systems (IDAS) and Small/Micro Cell deployment.   ACC understands the challenges and works with the client to develop an effective strategy to deploy DAS/Micro cells in an ever changing technological and regulatory environment.   From multiple nodes in an outdoor environment, multiple locations within a campus/facility or a single location for a microcell, ACC has you covered from services objectives to implementation and optimization.

ACC services are vendor neutral for all aspects of the project.  ACC works with individual building owners, Campus environments, specialty venues, neutral host providers and wireless carriers.  The deployment of a DAS network requires extensive planning and effective execution of the plans for a successful system.  ACC will assess the geographic area and physical facilities, design a network based on the assessment, select appropriate vendors based on client’s preferences or client’s specifications, will facilitate project management of the different vendors supplying services and network equipment and finally integration with customers operations along with the optimization of the system.

DAS

Consulting

There is a wide variety of venues facilities and providers of services. While the demand for voice, data and video is exponentially increasing along with expectations of constant, reliable and fast communications from wireless consumers the availability of networks has not kept up with the demand. Various organizations, property owners, wireless carriers all have differing business objectives that must be incorporated in the design parameters of each system. No two systems are identical. Not only are the physical attributes different for each network but the business objectives of the provider must be integrated into the design when considering service levels, costs and revenue potential. ACC has the experience to understand not only the technological aspects of as system but the necessary business requirements for successful deployment of a DAS network.

User needs-Determine the business, performance, budgetary and physical requirements impacting system design
Service Audit-Determine the availability of current providers or lack thereof.
Facilities Evaluations-Determine the challenges to be addressed by the physical characteristics of the venues to achieve the required design parameters.
Signal Strength Testing of Existing service-Testing and evaluation of entire facilities to determine the availability of services and most effective way to deploy the required networks.
Carrier Re-Broadcast Agreement Negotiations-work with the required carriers to get the necessary authorization to implement a DAS system and reduce the potential for interference issues while maximizing system performance.

Design

Propagation -Utilizing the latest tools to plan the coverage of facilities.
Antenna Placement-identifying the optimal mounting locations to balance between installation and maximum coverage.
Cable selection and placement-Determination of best technologies, cabling and placement of cable runs in the most cost effective manner.
Equipment Placement-Determine the best system architecture for the facility, placement of headend and remote heads to optimize the performance of the network in a cost effective manner.

Power Evaluation-Determine the best sources of primary and back up power to ensure reliable operation of the network.
Backhaul provisioning-Determine the best technology and method to link all necessary components of the network.
Signal Testing-both Pre and Post testing to confirm effectiveness of the network.
Optimization and testing-Testing and confirming that network achieves the agreed upon parameters.
Site Owner advocate and agreement negotiation.
