Through the extensive use of industry data bases, proprietary information, industry experience, specialized mapping information along with physical surveys ACC is able to identify sites particularly suited and most likely to be approved and developed including existing co-locations and greenfield sites. ACC evaluates structures, ordinances, environmental conditions, jurisdictional restrictions, along with coverage or capacity requirements to help identify potential wireless facilities that are either existing or to be newly constructed.
ACC has a working relationship with all major wireless infrastructure providers including Crown Castle, American Tower, SBA, many smaller site management companies, and Wireless Carrier Site Management Companies and uses its relationships to ensure that the necessary working contacts, documentation, fees and communications are established to ensure successful securing of co-location sites
