Costs to comply with existing ordinances and other regulations can exceed the actual construction of facilities. Efforts to secure a site in a area where facilities will not be permitted are a waste of capital and manpower that could be best used in other areas. ACC will perform preliminary zoning analysis to identify the process needed for development of a facility. Once it has been determined that a facility will be permitted or the process to grant approval is determined. ACC will work with the client and their legal representation to optimize its design to ensure minimal objections and to secure approval. ACC coordinates all the necessary professionals including legal, architectural and engineering, planners, real estate, EMF compliance and others to assist in the completion of necessary documentation, application preparation and providing the necessary testimony for any hearings that may be required as part of the process.
