ACC will perform Power Density Calculations from any transmission source to ensure compliance with all federal standards regarding electromagnetic emissions. The reports will identify all transmission sources identified at the location and will be prepared to present worst case scenarios that can then be used in support of radio frequency testimony or to determine if a facility will comply with the FCC Maximum Permissible Exposure (MPE) levels. ACC reports recommend appropriate signage alerting all persons to be aware of the presence of Radio Frequency (RF) energy along with other safety recommendations based on the levels encountered.
RF Emissions Monitoring performs in-field power density measurements. The measurements capture the RF energy in a given area for compliance verification. The measurements cover transmission sources broadcasting in the 300 KHz to 50 GHz window and determine FCC compliance based upon frequency ranges and FCC thresholds. ACC will provide testing services for wireless telecommunications facilities, building managers, municipal locations, public/private schools, broad cast towers, and any other location from which radio frequency transmissions exist. ACC will determine the Maximum permissible Exposure and ensure they comply with FCC guidelines.
