Deployment of wireless requires the negotiation of many types of agreements. ACC has negotiated thousands of agreements between carriers and property owners both private and governmental. This includes lease agreements, master agreements, right of ways, access agreements, environmental testing and entry agreements, pole attachment agreements, master leases and amendments to existing agreements. Each requiring an understanding of the business and legal ramifications of the various terms and conditions contained within the specific agreement. ACC will provide the necessary due diligence required for the successfully securing of a site include feasibility reviews, design visit coordination, and review of title reports.
