ACC provides services in all aspects of site development including search area evaluation, jurisdictional analysis, ordinance reviews, preparation of Site Candidate Information Packages (SCIP), title reports, lease negotiations, master agreement administration and coordination, along with the coordination of supporting services such as A&E, NEPA, environmental, preparation of zoning applications, securing industry expert witnesses, and securing necessary permits in an expedited fashion. ACC in house capabilities include expert witness testimony for Site Acquisition, RF and Health and Safety (EMF).
