On award of the project to the qualified vendor ACC will work with the client and the vendors to ensure that the system is deployed and installed within the established schedules and within budget. ACC will complete pre-construction walks to determine that cable routes and equipment locations are all confirmed that detailed sets of construction drawings are developed to ensure proper installation. ACC will also assist in the preparation of any permitting that may be required for such projects. ACC will work with the client and ensure that the necessary project tracking is in place so that the client is part of the process and to identify any potential conflicts that may impact the final installation along with documentation of all aspects of a project.
